Christmas Shopping
A grey day yesterday spent Christmas shopping in Bolton, made memorable by this Peregrine Falcon chasing the town centre Feral Pigeons.
I studied illustration at Dyfed College of Art, Carmarthen, graduating in 1984. The works shown on this site are based on observations and drawings made directly from life in the field. The field sketches are mostly drawn using a Rotring Art Pen or a soft 6B pencil. The finished studio pieces are generally linocuts but I have recently started working with drypoints and mezzotints.
