6th Colour
Printed the 6th colour, a dark shadow tone for the rainwashed gullies on the headland. Just two colours to go now. A dark green and then a final dark to delineate the rocks on the shore.
I studied illustration at Dyfed College of Art, Carmarthen, graduating in 1984. The works shown on this site are based on observations and drawings made directly from life in the field. The field sketches are mostly drawn using a Rotring Art Pen or a soft 6B pencil. The finished studio pieces are generally linocuts but I have recently started working with drypoints and mezzotints.
