"The artist...is also a born adventurer. His explorations, unlike those of a tourist, are rewarded by the discovery of beauty spots unmentioned in the guide books, and with tireless curiosity and an exceptional proneness to wonderment, he will come upon objects of remarkable interest overlooked or even shunned by more disciplined observers."

Badger Prints

Finished both of the Badger prints. Both of them have come out ok, but considering it was pretty much an after thought, I am especially pleased with the second one.

Autumn Badger.
7 Colour Reduction Linocut. 120mm x 75mm.

Moonlight Badger.
6 Colour Reduction Linocut. 120mm x 75mm.

They make a nice pair. I think I like the first one for the greater contrast, but that's just my preference.

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the comment.

What a great concept Stuart! Both prints work very well...such different moods but equally striking.

Thanks Katka,
I'm glad I decided to try the second print, Its something I might try again. I like the idea of trying to make a night time print of a landscape.
