New Gallery
I dropped off some Linocuts at a new gallery for me. The Ryburn Gallery at Sowerby Bridge near Halifax. Further details can be found at : www.ryburngallery.com
I studied illustration at Dyfed College of Art, Carmarthen, graduating in 1984. The works shown on this site are based on observations and drawings made directly from life in the field. The field sketches are mostly drawn using a Rotring Art Pen or a soft 6B pencil. The finished studio pieces are generally linocuts but I have recently started working with drypoints and mezzotints.
